Our chef is loyal to the true authenticity of the food that our guests enjoy. Chef Shax is renown for his deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine with decades of service as Xenia Sous Chef. Now he leads the culinary staff at our Harmony Location where he intends to share his delights with a new sector of the valley.  

Our traditional recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and share its roots in the old country. The spices, the technique, right down to the Tandoori oven we use is all traditional.
